Mitra Resmi.ID Terms & Conditions

The Mitra Resmi.ID Program is an official referral program that gives partners a revenue share from valid, active customers.

By registering as a partner, you agree to all terms, conditions, and policies set out on this page.

Resmi.ID reserves the right to review, update policies, or discontinue the program with reasonable notice via the dashboard or official channels.

Participants must use a valid Resmi.ID account and an active email for verification, login, and program notifications.

Every partner must provide accurate profile and payout account details. Changes to sensitive data may require an email OTP.

Resmi.ID reserves the right to reject, suspend, or deactivate a partner account if false data, duplicate accounts, or policy violations are found.

Each partner receives a unique referral ID used in the program's official referral link.

Referral attribution follows Resmi.ID's system data, including referral cookies, customer data, and transaction history recorded in the system.

An order is only considered to originate from a partner's referral if it matches Resmi.ID's internal attribution mechanism. The referral tracking system's decision is final for program operations.

The current program commission is 2% of subscription service transactions from referred customers deemed valid under the program policy. Domain purchases are excluded from the commission calculation base.

Commission is calculated once a customer's order or invoice meets the status required by Resmi.ID's system, including a successful or settled payment status.

Recurring commission can keep running for as long as the referred customer remains active on a service covered by the partner program.

Commission can only be paid out to an account registered in the partner dashboard and verified according to account security policy.

Resmi.ID may apply a review process, request status, and additional validation before a payout is approved or disbursed.

Bank administration fees, tax obligations, or other obligations arising from receiving commission are the partner's responsibility under applicable regulations.

Partners are prohibited from spamming, misrepresenting the Resmi.ID brand, self-referrals that violate policy, click manipulation, or other fraudulent activity.

Clicks, orders, or commission flagged as invalid may be cancelled, held, or excluded from the program's calculations with no payment obligation.

Serious violations may result in a partner account being suspended or permanently removed from the program.

Resmi.ID may update the commission structure, attribution rules, payout rules, or program service scope at any time for business and operational needs.

The latest version of these terms and conditions published on this page shall be the program's primary reference.

By continuing to use the partner dashboard or the program's referral link, partners are considered to understand and agree to the applicable updated terms.
